Breakfast like idli, oats and suji idli or Upma or cheela, poha, stuffed paratha and curd, sandwiches, smoothies, oats or daliya, cheela , eggs and roti are perfect options for 3 year old child
Avoid giving Choco or any other cereal too often twice a month for a change is ok not more than that

as your child is 3 year old,you can offer all food items which are made for whole family.
so you can offer sprouts, khichu,idli , multigrain dosa , dhokla upma etc.
but please prefer homemade healthy food.
