#AskTheExpert what if i don't rest after c section and get back to my normal routine.can stitches still heal well?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. yes but limit your physical activity don't stress your self mTake a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..there are less chances of good recovery...it's a major surgery and rest is needed...else you will have other health issues later on.specially backache . so it will be better if you can take care of yourself
