you can also go for home remedies like tulsi honey ginger water as well as warm lemon tea. you may go for (warm water + salt + turmeric) gargles which will again help in decreasing cold and cough and you can continue breast feeding d

take steam inhalation..
use otrivin nasal drps..
apply warm mustard oil with garlic on chest back feet and gently massage at bed time..
hv warm serves...
