#asktheexpert what exercise should I perform to have a normal delivery

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor, for if any risk factors

A. You should do yoga that’s what is most important basic butterfly Board you can sit in Madrassa you can do squads all these things are going to be beneficial and also you should go ahead by doing at least thousand to 1500 steps per day in general
