ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom they can be almost nearing to family foods, they can be given stuff soft paranthas , eggs, as well, also you can give them dalia, sago , porridge made suji, mulitgrain mix, ragi , also you can give poha, upma, idli, dosa, oats etc
