#asktheexpert what are the ways to increase breast milk productivity for a vegetarian mom who had c section and was separated from the baby for more than 5 days? The baby is only fed with similac and can you suggest alternative for similac?

and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemadef food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for
shatavari supplementf which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation
