Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom.. indulge in healthy eating..have warm water through out the day..make sure you do daily workout or walk for half an hour...do tummy related exercises to....have early dinner. do not starve or diet.
