A. post c section, Drinking lemon water is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. hi dear mom.. indulge in healthy eating..have warm water through out the day..make sure you do daily workout or walk for half an hour...do tummy related exercises to....have early dinner. do not starve or diet. happy parenting
