#AskTheExpert Today there was an ant bite sized swelling in the penis of my 5 month old baby. A little pressure on the area resulted in discharge of whitish liquid. There seems to be no pain and pee is normal. Now d swelling is gone. Is this some kind of infection? Please guide.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi your baby is 5 months old now.swelling you are describing is the boil and the whitish discharge is pus.its kindbof skin infection but need not worry.clean it with soap and water.if these boil recurr or are seen elsewhere visit your pediatrician
