during teething phase kids suffer from loose motion and they feel irritated due to irritation in gums by the erupting teeth.
you can gently massage the gum area with clean finger to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.

What problem is ur baby facing??
Maintain oral hygiene.
Brush ur baby teeth twice a day.
Use toothpaste and toothbrush to clean teethers properly.
For cavity or tooth decay u need to consult with the paediatric dentist for the same.
