Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. in the summer season most important thing is to maintain a very good hygiene avoid too much of sweating and do not use too much type II give diaper free interval in between which is very important

If No child’s urine frequency is not much then yes you can use a diaper for maximum eight hours not more than that and that too if it is dry otherwise I would still advise you if you can change the diaper in the night also then change it after four hours whenever you wake up to feed your child
