#AskTheExpert my question is ki hmare ek neighbor me mere baby ko abnormal bol Diya according to him kyuki wo running krte time apne one hand ko fold krta h wo recently 2 months se aisa krta h JB wo khush hota h to wo aise apne ek hand ko fold krke ghumta h JB uske dad office se aate h TB .so ye Kya abnormality h wo jyada excited hota h to wo apne dono hands ko piche krta h hilta h then normal rhta h.please guide me
