A. Hello good morning !! You can start from 6 months onwards semi solid,semi liquid textures fruit and vegetable puriees,mashes - Mashed banana,papaya,chikoo,avacado puriee,steamed and mashed apple,carrot,potato,sweet potato,home made cerelac,moongdal kichdi,porridges.... Gradually start dal rice ,curd rice by cooking rice very softly ,you can add vegetable grate,leafy vegetables to dal,cerelac every alternate day for one meal,one fruit puriee/mash..
