#AskTheExpert small small pimples on face of my kid. what can I use. we are using Himalaya products as of now

Hello, it's called baby acne ..which is quite common in newborns not due to himalaya lotion. . it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two months. keep massagin with your regular oil. keep feeding well. 2 hourly.

It Is probably not because of the products that you are using a lot of time there could be heat rashes on the body so if you want you can definitely go ahead with using calamine lotion as of now if you’re not satisfied with Himalaya products I am sure that will be good for you
