#asktheexpert Sir my baby girl is 43 days old,, her birth weight is 2.7 kg,,, but sir she is 2.8 only on 16 November,,,she is exclusively on breastfeed... Sor please suggest something,,, I am very stressed ๐

Keep a watch on urine outputย
Baby should pass minimum urine 8 -10 times per dayย , indicates adequate feeding.
Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burpย
Feed ur baby as per baby's demand onlyย .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Your breastfeeding is not helping your child gain anything I suggested to start giving formula feeding to the child because if your child had to gain well with the breastfeeding your child would have been gained at least 4 to 500 g by now
