bacche k gums ko clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth se din me daily 3-4 baar massage kare isse teeth ko erupt hone me help hogi..bacche ko aap chilled silicone teething rings bhi de skte hai chew krne k liye.

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take a good care of your baby
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
