#asktheexpert Sir, is there any particular amount of time a newborn ( 2month old) should be free of diaper/langot or can it be kept on throughout the day? We are using diapers only currently the whole 24 hrs.

A. Ideally at least one hour in the morning in one hour in the evening gap is better. If not two hours in the morning itself, should be given as a diaper free time and you can use a diaper throughout the night
