#asktheexpert Sir Iam having regular constipation and cuts are there because of that. It pains a lot during pooping

Kindly check with your gynaecologist she can help you with a laxative and some medicines which will help in releasing your constipation totally for yourself you should start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya in the night you should apply some castor oil in your naval and also start having prune juice that will also help you reducing constipation
