A. post your C section F6 month have passed then you need to start with some risk walking yoga exercises at home and gradually reduce your extra calories from the diet

A. good evening I would recommend you to avoid doing any kind of exercise or dieting at the moment wait for a couple of months more if your comfortable you can start doing yoga everyday in the morning
