#asktheexpert should we wait till the 40th week or go to hospital in 38th or 49th week for delivery

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist11 months agoA. Please go on a weekly basis after 36 weeks because good assessment is required during that period. You should not wait beyond 40 weeks. If your doctor feels that you need to deliver a bit early, then follow whatever she recommends
