That's exactly not vomiting dear but spitting. It is perfectly normal. Just feed again if baby demands. Also wipe the mouth after spitting and apply coconut oil after patting it dry.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
