Q.

#AskTheExpert one and half months baby is walking on toe mostly and flapping hand when getting excited.Is it normal ?

A. it is quite normal for babies of 1 year 5 months age to walk on tiptoes when running when excited but otherwise when working normally baby may be walking on the complete foot
