my toddler sometimes does hand flapping when it gets excited but not all the time .. so is this okay

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Take a good care of your baby Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products etc
