my baby 15month old has been flapping his hands when excited and also keeps his hand in flap position while trying to walk is this normal

A. Yes that’s normal not a problem if your child is understanding and responding when do every thing then it’s not a problem because flapping of hand is very very normal with kids it’s actually sign of excitement
