#AskTheExpert my wife is facing a shortage of milk, she can feed the baby only 2 times a day rest of the time we are giving similac is there any way increase her breast milk

A. She can try taking some very easily available in the market she can try taking Shatavari powder twice in a day for at least a month if that increases or lactation than very well and good otherwise you may have to continue with formula feeding on
