#asktheexpert My wife is 45 days pregnant, we want to terminate the pregnancy. pls suggest us best & safest way to terminate the pregnancy.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. if in case you are not willing to continue the pregnancy, you need to consult with your nearest gynecologist as soon as possible and do a proper sonography to Know the weeks of pregnancy
so that your doctor can suggest well that it can be done by pills or you need to get operated. bye

Unwanted Tablet 1's contains Mifepristone, which is taken in a regimen with Misoprostol to induce medical abortion or terminate a pregnancy before 70 days. It works by blocking the effect of progesterone (female hormone) needed to sustain a pregnancy.
