A. for healthy pregnancy she should be having a balanced diet consisting variety of food groups atleast 5 serving of vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, protein foods like egg, soya, pulses, beans, low fat milk and its products ( about 400 to 500 ml per day), nuts, dry fruits whole grain and millet have good intake of fluids and water increase 1 portion of healthy food as compared to before avoid junk high sugar fat and processed food supplements as prescribed
