#AskTheExpert my twins are going to experience north winters for the first time. With the weather changing they are showing signs of dryness on the sides of their torso. I’m using coconut oil to combat dryness. What other remedies can be used for them?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can make use of olive oil or olive oil for giving a massage in the winter season and also don't make use of too much hot water for giving bath because it rips off the natural moisture and Oil content of the skin
