#AskTheExpert My sugar level has been detected at 165 mg post meal and in fasting it was 122mg. I am in the last month of my pregnancy. Earlier i never had diabeties neither any of my parents have the said disease. Is there any risk to my child due to this?? Or any risk in normal delievery..?? pls answer..

The sugar levels are definitely high and diabetes complicating pregnancy can come at any time and it doesn’t even require any family history. It is better that you have a detail talk with your doctor regarding it so that your doubts are cleared because ultimately she is the one who is examining you and will tell you mode of delivery in the risk of the babyWrite Your Answer Here
