#AskTheExpert my son’s weighty is 40 kg. Is it fine ? He does cycling but he gets tired

A. hi to increase stamina give him good protiens, variety of vegetables, fresh fruits add nuts powder in milk give paneer, soya, tofu, curds fruit yogurt avoid packaged foods

A. hi no,it is higher on side. so you should consult your pediatrician. offer food like oats, sprouts, ragi etc more which help to keep your child stomach full for long period and that way it will help to maintain his or her weight. encourage your child to do other activities like stretching, jumping , dancing etc practice yoga or exercises.
