#Asktheexpert My son’s right upper canine is coming out instead of first lower incisor! He’s 10 months old now. No tooth has yet come out but the canine is almost visible now. Is it okay or should I visit the doctor?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. There is no problem in that. Some kids get upper teeth first so no need to panic. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething. Please give semi solid food items like banana and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby. You can give homemade cerelac and vegetables puree to the baby. Also give suji kheer and daal paani to the baby. Start giving formula milk to the baby. You can also give mashed idli to the baby.
