#asktheexpert My son is weak having less growth then other babies what can I do he is taking proper meal on time but still having the issue

A. If the child is active and is comfortable and feeding well, then there is nothing to worry about. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like butter, ghee in small amounts, cheese, home made paneer and curd. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give plain nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Give raisins. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give peanut butter sandwiches and almond butter.
