This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honeyd can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink 
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor 
paracetamol for fever and pain.

hello you can put paracetamol and you can also put nasal drop as it can be due to congestion and you can also use instant rub from babyhug which is effective.. any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u better on a proper examination of the same and advise you
