#AskTheExpert My son is 6.5 months old.i started apple puree and rice porridge since a week.But I still feel he is hungry and not satisfied with breastmilk.I have been feeding him in the morning the fruit puree and in the noon rice porridge .Is it too soon to start feeding another course of food at night ??? Can I start giving him.boiled veggies ??

A. yes, better to give dinner after 7 mth. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. tc
