Sameena AnamMom of a 4 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. make a pouch of rosted ajwain nd garlic... place this pouch near ur baby's pillow while ur baby is sleeping...i used this remedy for my baby n it worked...

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. Afs a part of viral illness there could be associated sfymptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
