#asktheexpert My son is 2.9 years old.. he is not ready to eat vegetables in any form.. only likes to eat Maggie, biscuits.. what should I do? how do I make him eat healthy food?

A. You can give Maggi biscuits but not as a substitute to hone cooked healthy meals and give it as a treat on eating well and keep encouraging the child to eat well

A. Include a variety of: Vegetables and fruit. Whole grain foods such as whole grain pasta and bread, oats, barley and quinoa. Protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dried beans, peas, lentils, nut and seed butters, tofu, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and fortified soy beverage.
