ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it can be a g i infections. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

..please consult your paediatrician if baby has diarrhea....as without examining baby nothing can be suggested..give lite food....avoid force feeding.
