ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. it is OK some kids get their teeth a little if you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth

Some babies develop their teeth as early as 6 months and some babies wait until their first birthday to get their very first tooth. It is perfectly fine. In case your baby does not develop a single tooth by the time he turns 18 months old, then consult your doctor or a paediatric dentist.
