#asktheexpert my son ia almost 2 yr old now but only 6 teeth has erupted yet, is there is Any concern????

A. hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or cloth
