#AskTheExpert my son doesnt eat anythng except rice and that too whenever he wants... he doesnt eat anythng else... consulted many doctors... thats why his immumity is too low... please tell me something to boost his immunity

Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body, n helps to improve immunity. . Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts
