A. 1. Have Vegetables into Favorite Dishes- Add finely chopped or pureed vegetables to food he likes, like pasta sauces, soups or pizzas. 2. Make Vegetables Fun and Engaging- Present vegetables in such a fun way like making faces on plate with veggies slices, or serving them with tasty dips. 3. Involve him in cooking- Let your son help in preparing meals, kids are often more interested in eating food prepared by them. 4. Set a Good Example- Regularly eat and enjoy a variety of vegetables yourself as children often mimic their parents eating habits.
