Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to more production of milk,not latched by baby for long hours cause lumps.
If you feel hard lump then do hot pack or ice pack on lump for 10-15 minutes it will melt you can express out excessive milk.
You will get relief by hot /ice pack if you feel unbearable pain then consult Gynaecologist she will prescribe you medicine .
