A. mostly periods remain irregular till one year after delivery and no medication or treatment is needed if normal flow is present but you need to use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. i can see your baby is 10 months old and still if you are experiencing irregular periods then consult your gynecologist once and get yourself examined properly. include some walk or yoga in your routine. take healthy diet.
