#AskTheExpert My periods are not as per date and these are not proper... these are for two to three days only n also with little bleeding only... n this month i got my periods twice in a month is it normal or not? n wat should i do??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. can be hormone. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
