A. they are also known as breath holding spells which many times occur due to change in behaviour of the child as well as it is commonly associated with iron deficiency anaemia. it is important that you should give iron supplements to the child as well as food rich inz iron and during the episode it is important to move the child away from that environment to a new environment and then divert the child.z it is a self limiting problem and will go away in next 2 or 3 months maximum.
