I should not eat cold things and should avoid curd buttermilk bcoz it ll cause cough to baby... So is it true that I should avoid these things for baby health or I can eat everything I want??

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. actually yes of course it is very much true that whatever we take as intake of food it comes in the form of breast milk to your baby so initial three to four month you have to be very careful with your food intake diet take good supplements good rest also the lifestyle is also matters a lot
