Q.

#AskTheExpert. My kids does not show any interest in eating.. She even don't like to try a new food.. All day I have to run behind her to make her eat.. Then also she will have only some.. Other children who I have seen was not like her.. What shall I do to make her eat.. Please help me

A. dear mom dont worry at all at this age kids are little fussy firstly stop asking her for food all the time let her come to you and say she is hungry avoid all packaged foods , biscuits, chocolate, chips when she eats try giving one in all meals like paneer parathas or egg rice mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee milkshakes lassi chicken or chole rice
