#asktheexpert my kid is getting very selective on the food items he likes to eat and his appetite is also going down pls advise what we can do here

A. Hello ma’am Feed your child from your own plate whenever you’re eating because this way slowly gradually a child learns to eat each and everything which ever you are preparing and also launch to share as well. But it is just a temporary phase it will pass but for the time being will have to work on this thing
