Q.

#asktheexpert my kid is constipated. we are giving enough water and the food accordingly with duflalec. however not sure why he is still so constipated and this has started recently

A. give himalaya bonnisan syrup . it is an ayurvedic remedy for all stomach related issues for kids

A. Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please give fibre rich food items like soups and salads to the baby. Also increase the water intake of the baby. Please give prune juice to the baby to relieve from constipation. Also watch for any food items that are creating constipation in the baby. Thanks and take care
