#asktheexpert my kid has got only 4 teeth ..2 upper incisors and 2 lower .. is it too delayed dentition .. what could be the reason for it

A. hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 - 3.5 years . dont worry and wait for the eruption of remaining teeth
