#AskTheExpert my fbs is 99 and ppbs is 113.is it normal what are the precautions against diabetics

A. yes it ks fine. This looks fine for the age and there is no need to worry for this . can wait for some time and if the problem remains then you can consult any doctor for the Thorough examination and treatment .
